Reimbursement from Singapore Airlines in three days! : D

I defy anyone who has traveled with Alitalia or with EasyJet and company can say the same.
remember the adventure that we faced to start at Christmas? Last Friday we sent an email to the relevant office of Singapore Airlines and this morning we received the paperwork to receive substantial compensation beautiful with an apology from the manager responsible.
The payment will be made within 4 / 5 weeks. Which is a good thing, because I know of people who will see the Alitalia ticket refund in a year if all goes well.

This note is not intended as an attack on the ill-Italian, rather wants to teach that if things work in other countries, means they could also work here. Much more so
was the Italian section of the LEFT. to work ... I mean, is that the letter we received from Singapore! But it is company policy to be in Singapore. Another reason to
to praise the Italians, those who work with heart and who believe. To those who respect the customer and really trying to do their jobs well. And I speak not only of employees who sent the letter of apology, but of managers.

If the former is Alitalia direction overbooking, then let a poor man of the Sea at the airport who does not know what to say (because he works for the Sea and not for Alitalia ...), it is obvious that the next time the customer mocked ( and not reimbursed) chooses another company.
